Turmeric oatmeal

Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned or rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

1 cup water

1/4 tsp turmeric

dash of salt

sprinkle of black pepper

1 banana mashed or chopped small

Toppings (optional):

blueberries

raspberries

chopped walnuts & almonds

Mix all ingredients except the banana and nuts, and cook them over medium heat for 15 minutes

add the banana

top up your bowl with your desired toppings
