My Approach

As a health coach, I approach health and wellness holistically, integrating science-backed coaching techniques and functional medicine training to provide you with the highest level of support. I am committed to delivering professional, ethical, and compassionate care to help you achieve the best possible results.

Not all health coaches are created equal, and I have invested years in obtaining credible qualifications to ensure that I can support you in the most effective way.


My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to optimize your health and well-being, while providing compassionate support throughout your journey.

As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

Here are some concepts that we will explore during our work together:

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.


The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

My approach in supporting you:

  1. Personalized Assessment: I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your health history, lifestyle, and current symptoms to identify the root causes of your chronic condition. This helps us create a personalized plan that addresses your specific health needs.

  2. Collaborative Goal Setting: Together, we will establish realistic and achievable health goals that align with your values and priorities. I will provide guidance and support to help you stay on track and motivated as you work towards these goals.

  3. Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching: I will educate you about the importance of lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, exercise, and more, in optimizing your health. I will work with you to develop sustainable and enjoyable habits that support your healing journey.

  4. Functional Testing: I may recommend functional lab testing to identify imbalances in your body, such as nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, gut dysbiosis, or food sensitivities. Based on the results, and recommendation of qualified clinician and nutritionist, I will create a targeted plan to address these imbalances and restore optimal health.

  5. Supplement and Herbal Recommendations: I will provide guidance on evidence-based supplements and herbs that may support your body's healing processes. I will help you choose high-quality products and determine appropriate dosages to ensure safe and effective use.

  6. Mind-Body Techniques: I will introduce you to mind-body techniques such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that can help reduce stress, manage emotions, and support your overall well-being. These techniques can be powerful tools in promoting healing and resilience. Optimal results achieved through the renowned PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) program.

  7. Ongoing Support: I will be your partner in your healing journey, providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help you stay on track and make sustainable changes. I will adjust the plan as needed based on your progress and evolving health needs.
