Are you concerned about your child's weight? Do you want your child to have stronger immunity? Are you overwhelmed when it comes to family meals preparation? What children eat dictates more or less how their health will be as adults so it's crucial to get this right. Statistics show obesity on the rise and so is diabetes and other chronic illnesses starting at very young age. I offer Healthy Eating Family Mini Coaching program to support families in obtaining the information needed to change into more whole food eating and convince the children to balance their meals for their health. What to expect from this private mini coaching program: - Food and nutrition topics in age appropriate engaging format suitable for children aged 6 until teenage years. - Small homework for the children and the parents to reinforce the new information and spark change. - Handouts with more detailed information on the topics. - Practical guides to set you off on a healthier journey including shopping guide and recipe book. - Change of mindset to embrace healthier eating for the whole family.
